Trust me, I did it myself! Over ten years ago I was told I needed a double hip replacement at only 40! This was just the wake-up call I needed. I exercised a lot, and thought I ate a really heathy diet, but my body was telling me otherwise!
When I discussed this with the Doctor, he told me that diet had nothing to do with my arthritic hips, and that only a double hip replacement would solve my pain, but I had other ideas!
I was already experienced and qualified in a range of Holistic therapies, working with animals and people, but my deep dive into nutrition and healing started in earnest.
