This Healing Ointment, for my daughters knee – is made by using the following recipe:
150ml calendula macerated oil,
100ms comfrey macerated oil,
50mls St John’s Wort Macerated oil,
1 bar natural beeswax (about 30g).
Follow the instructions in the video and adjust the quantities to meet your needs – when I am making something I always make more as they make perfect gifts!
