Hello! I’m Catherine

I’m a Holistic Biologist, Freedom From Self-Sabotage Coach, business consultant, podcast host and lifelong student of human behaviour, performance and wellbeing.

For more than two decades, I have studied health, behaviour, mindset and the connection between our environment, biology and daily choices. Along the way, I discovered something fascinating:

Whether I was working with people or their animals, the challenge was rarely a lack of information. More often, it was a pattern. A pattern of thinking. A pattern of behaviour. A pattern of stress, conditioning, habits or beliefs continually influencing outcomes behind the scenes.

Time and time again, I saw intelligent, caring and capable people who already knew what they should be doing to improve their health, relationships, confidence, business performance or quality of life, yet still found themselves repeating the same frustrations and behaviours.

This led me to explore the powerful role of subconscious programming, self-sabotage and behaviour change, and why knowing what to do is often not enough on its own.

My understanding of human behaviour extends far beyond health and wellbeing. Before building my businesses in the health sector, I spent more than 20 years working in both the public and private sectors in senior management, consultancy and project leadership roles.

During that time, I worked across a diverse range of industries including environmental services, mobile telecommunications, large-scale property developments, information technology and international projects. I led complex multi-disciplinary teams, managed major programmes, tenders and contracts across multiple countries, and worked with organisations ranging from small businesses to large corporate and public sector clients.

As both a consultant and business owner, I have founded and grown successful project management and health consultancy businesses, giving me first-hand experience of leadership, performance, communication, change management and the challenges that prevent individuals and teams from reaching their full potential.

This unique combination of corporate, entrepreneurial and behavioural expertise allows me to support not only individuals seeking personal transformation, but also business owners, leaders and organisations looking to improve resilience, accountability, performance, communication and long-term results. Whether working one-to-one or with teams, my focus remains the same: helping people identify the hidden patterns that influence behaviour, decision-making and outcomes so they can create meaningful and lasting change.

Today, my work combines root-cause health education, behaviour change and personal development. I help people understand what’s really keeping them stuck so they can make better decisions, create healthier habits, improve performance and finally follow through on the life they want.

What makes my approach unique is my ability to connect the dots between health, behaviour, environment, mindset and the lessons we can learn from the animals who share our lives. Animals have taught me that nature is constantly communicating with us, and that many of the answers we seek are often simpler than we have been led to believe.

Through my website, podcast, YouTube channel, courses, coaching programmes and consultations, I share practical knowledge, inspiring conversations and thought-provoking ideas designed to help people think more clearly, live more consciously and navigate an ever-changing world with greater confidence, resilience and self-trust.
